ONLINE-S3 will point out and assess the available strategic planning methodologies that are applicable in the development, implementation and monitoring of Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialisation (RIS3).
Different methodologies are identified in each of the six phases towards Smart Specialisation.
Stakeholder engagement is a crucial challenge for better policy processes in EU member states. During December 2016 we will organise consultation workshops in different regions on the proposed methodologies. The workshops' input is based upon provided mapping and assessment of used methodologies, online mechanisms and e-services that are available for RIS3 strategic planning.

Online consultation on 29 RIS3 methods. For each method you will find a description and then follows the area of comments.
